Terms and Conditions
For celebrations, weddings and events you are required to book the entire venue, taking all of the rooms, and giving you exclusive use of the hotel facilities. For events during the week [Monday to Thursday] we require you to reserve the hotel for a minimum of 3 nights. For events taking place over the weekend [Friday - Sunday] you are required to reserve the hotel in its entirety for a minimum of 4 nights. A deposit is required to make a booking of this nature. In the event that you need to cancel your event, the venue is not bound to return your deposit as cash. As a goodwill gesture, guest that cancel an event after paying a deposit will be able to use these funds as credit for a separate booking at the hotel, to be redeemed within 12 months of the deposit receipt, subject to availability and with 6 month notice period before departure. You are not able to part cancel rooms as all need to be booked for your private event. Please ensure you have adequate travel and event/wedding insurance in place, as Can Gall accept no responsibility or liability breaching these terms.
